1) The speed of PICkit 3 will be faster, the main chip of PICkit 3 is PIC24, the speed is slightly higher than that of Pickit2, and the USB is still Full12M; 2) Expand offline download space (512Kbytes), PICkit 2 (128Kbytes), realize offline programming of Microchip microcontroller; 3) Provide a more accurate reference voltage source, increase the voltage range (1.8-5V VDD; 1.8-14V VPP), PICkit 2 (2.5-5V VDD); 4) More chip series are supported. Currently, PICkit 3 already supports PIC16F193X and PIC32; PICkit 2 will not support PIC32 debugging in the future; 5) PICkit 3 already supports WIN7 system, but PICkit 2 does not;
